Produced with Pedro Ximenez grapes, from late harvest and sun-dried for at least two weeks, to obtain very high sugar concentration. Evaporation makes the grapes turn into raisins. The wine undergoes oxidative ageing using the “Solera and Criaderas” system. The wine obtained is of an intense mahogany colour, with figs, spices (cinnamon, vanilla) and raisins aromas. Rich and velvety on the palate, smooth and with a persistent aftertaste.
